A city surrounded by beautiful landscapes that is home to a variety of people with an array of stories to tell. The duo were inspired to create an anthology TV series consisting of 8 episodes of 30 minutes each that explore the lives of local residents as they reveal more about who they are.

The overall theme for the season, which only concludes in each story-line in the final episode, is healing. Healing can come through forgiveness, acceptance, or suffering but together.

A lot of people come here to move on from their past and/or leave bad things behind, as well people already here in Sitka need to overcome traumas from the past.In the end, Sitka is the town where people move on, allow you to be yourself, and feel each other’s pain and have compassion for it.

Therefore, healing can take place.

“Sitka has a voice and it just hasn’t yet had a platform to show it. We want to create a show that will change the world’s perspective of the city”
